Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for someone for whom sales is not just a job, but also a natural way of communicating. If you are familiar with the agricultural sector, this is a great advantage. If not, sales experience and a desire to delve into the sector are a great fit.

What will you do?

▼ Communicate with farmers and agricultural companies — offer to purchase agricultural machinery;
▼ Look for new customers, maintain contact with existing ones (by phone and by visiting);
▼ Prepare offers and contracts, negotiate their terms;
▼ Participate in agricultural exhibitions and other events organized by the company for customers.

▼ Have experience in agricultural machinery sales (we will consider it an advantage);
▼ Are able to establish and maintain close relationships with customers;
▼ Are responsible, able to effectively organize your activities;
▼ Are inclined to take the initiative rather than wait for instructions from your manager;
▼ Like to communicate, are sociable and positive;
▼ Are able to work well with a computer;
▼ Have a driver's license.

• The fixed part of the remuneration will depend on the candidate's competencies and experience.
