Nature of work
- you will be responsible for active sales of agricultural machinery in the assigned region.
- you will search for new customers and maintain contact with existing ones - both through calls and visits;
- you will conduct negotiations with buyers, prepare commercial offers and draft contracts;
- you will consult customers, analyzing their needs and offering the most suitable solutions;
- you will enter all sales-related information into the company's CRM;
- you will represent the company by participating in exhibitions and other events for customers.
Employee requirements
- experience in agricultural machinery sales (technical knowledge, ability to work with agricultural machinery);
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- characteristic initiative rather than waiting for instructions from management;
- desire to communicate, positivity, sociability;
- excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (English is an advantage), computer literacy;
- driving experience and category B driver's license.
