Our client is one of the largest agricultural machinery companies in Lithuania, whose activities include the sale of agricultural machinery, grain processing and livestock farm equipment in the Baltic States.
Currently, the company is strengthening the team in the Šiauliai branch and invites a regional sales manager to join, who will work with the sales of modern agricultural machinery to farmers and, together with a professional team, will achieve ambitious goals.

Your responsibilities would be:
- Active sales of agricultural machinery in assigned areas;
- Independent sales organization;
- Search for new customers and work with existing customers;
- Competent customer consulting;
- Preparation of commercial offers, conclusion of contracts, administration of settlements;
- Implementation of sales plans;
- Market monitoring and analysis.
We hope you:
- You have a higher/postgraduate education in the field of agriculture (management, engineering - an advantage);
- You have active sales experience to agricultural customers (in the technical field a big advantage);
- You have good negotiation skills, you are communicative;
- You are able to work both in a team and independently plan work and time;
- You learn quickly and ambitiously pursue your goals;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You have good English skills (an advantage);
- You are active and motivated, and you want to earn a salary, not receive it.
