The Regional Personnel Partner is the link between the people working there, the operational activities of the pharmacies and the business goals. Actively addresses the need for staff in the region, contributes to the smooth operation of the pharmacies and helps implement our mission - TO BE A PARTNER FOR A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily pharmacy operations in the assigned region:
- Active personnel search and selection:
- Ensuring pharmacy performance:
- Implementation of the company's personnel policy, tools, and projects in the region, ensuring that they meet both the strategy and local needs.
- Assist managers in implementing business goals:

- Experience working in a retail chain.
- Understanding how a team operating in different locations is organized.
- Ability to react quickly, find solutions and be one step ahead.
- Ability to systematize and summarize information, manage large information flows.
- Excellent communication skills, independence and organization.
- Higher education (in business management, personnel management, etc.).
- Active driving experience (category B).
