A company supplying components for the furniture industry with many years of experience and an excellent reputation in Lithuania is currently looking for an active and ambitious Regional Development Manager who would pursue new opportunities, develop relationships with potential and existing customers, and work with technical products, delving into their features and applications.

Representing more than 50 famous global brands, the company supplies the highest quality solutions to furniture manufacturers - from small businesses to large industry players. The company's strength is a professional team, a modern working environment, a good reputation in the market, and high standards of professional development.

NATURE OF WORK:

  • You will actively seek new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships with customers;
  • You will analyze customer needs and offer the best solutions for them;
  • You will work with existing customers, seek to develop the range of purchased goods, and seek new directions for cooperation;
  • You will organize customer visits, trainings, participate in exhibitions and events;
  • You will monitor market trends, analyze sales results and achieve set goals;
  • You will work in a team with colleagues who will help you with technical and administrative issues;
  • You will visit customers in different regions of Lithuania.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Ability to analyze data, understand customer needs and offer the most appropriate solutions;
  • Driver's license and the ability to occasionally travel to Lithuania.

WE WILL CONSIDER ADVANTAGE:

  • B2B sales experience in furniture manufacturing, building materials, industrial goods, etc.;
  • MS Business Central / Dynamics / Navision software knowledge;
  • Understanding of technical furniture project drawings;
  • Knowledge of English.
