Representing more than 50 international brands, the company offers high-quality fittings, lighting, aluminum profile systems and other interior component solutions to furniture manufacturers, architects and interior designers.
Brasa is currently recruiting a Regional Development Manager to join the sales team, who would represent the company in the regions of Lithuania, strengthen existing and create new partnerships with business clients and contribute to the development of high-quality, long-term value-creating solutions.

NATURE OF WORK:
● You will develop cooperation with existing customers, delve into their needs and consult on the adaptation of technical products.
● You will expand the circle of customers in the regions of Lithuania and look for new cooperation opportunities.
● You will seek to expand the range of goods purchased by existing customers and discover new sales directions.
● You will organize customer visits, trainings, participate in exhibitions and professional events.
● You will monitor market trends, analyze sales results and achieve agreed goals.
● You will cooperate with the internal team in solving technical, administrative and project issues.
● You will expand the circle of customers in the regions of Lithuania and look for new cooperation opportunities.

● You are able to absorb technical information, want to learn and delve into technical products.
● You are active, proactive and able to organize your work independently.
● You are able to analyze data, understand customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
● You have a driver's license and can travel to meetings with customers in different regions of Lithuania.
● We will consider it an advantage - experience with technical/engineering products and/or sales practice with furniture
manufacturers, knowledge of MS Business Central / Dynamics / Navision software, knowledge of English.
● You are able to absorb technical information, want to learn and delve into technical products.
