Currently, the ISS Lithuania Catering team is looking for a Regional Manager who will be responsible for ensuring high-quality catering services in different kitchens - effectively coordinating kitchen activities, ensuring smooth processes and improving customer experience.
Main functions:
ISS Lithuania started operations in 2005 and has grown to 320 employees. ISS Lithuania provides integrated building management and maintenance services, such as office management, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, etc.
Currently, the ISS Lithuania Catering team is looking for a Regional Manager who will be responsible for ensuring high-quality catering services in different kitchens - effectively coordinating kitchen activities, ensuring smooth processes and improving customer experience.
Main functions:
- Kitchen operations organization and quality assurance: coordinating kitchen work, implementing service standards, controlling compliance with customer service and food quality requirements;
- Menu, equipment and process management: helping to create menus together with the technologist, communicating with suppliers, managing cash register processes, providing assistance with inventories;
- Team building and development: participate in employee selection, train new employees and coordinate the implementation of team members' goals;
- Administrative processes: prepare reports, manage working time accounting, ensure smooth opening of new facilities, promptly resolve emerging issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of public catering (staff catering, restaurants, hotels, etc.);
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work with different teams;
- Good knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, health and safety of workers;
- Very good computer literacy skills (work experience with Syrve, Storehouse or other warehouse/cash register systems is an advantage);
- Good knowledge of English (from level B1).
