BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Effective management of pharmacies in the assigned region: personnel management, employee competency development, work organization, control, motivation, employee demand planning and selection;
- implementation of sales plans, continuous analysis of results, submission of proposals for improving activities;
- regular visits to regional departments and problem solving;
- communication and cooperation with regional departments;
- ensuring high-quality and professional customer service in the region.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have 5+ years of successful work experience in a management position (advantage - in the field of sales, commerce, regional management);
- you have obtained a higher education (advantage in the field of medicine or pharmacy);
- you have excellent management and leadership skills, the ability to motivate the team, inspire to achieve the intended sales and customer service goals;
- you have strategic thinking, the ability to make decisions, predict situations and focus on results;
- you have very good computer literacy skills;
- you have a driver's license.
