- Is results-oriented
- Has experience in team management
- Has excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills and analytical thinking
- Is able to effectively plan their work, complete tasks on time and take initiative
We will trust you:
Organizing the work of the cattle purchasing managers team, distributing tasks and motivating the team;
Maintaining relations with large Lithuanian farmers and developing cooperation;
Monitoring, analyzing performance indicators and implementing improvement initiatives, making decisions based on data;
Market analysis, monitoring market share and identifying growth opportunities;
Participation in project activities and their initiation, aiming to improve operational efficiency and results;
Working with the assigned market share, ensuring the implementation of the set goals.
