The Regional Manager is the link between working people, operational pharmacy activities and business goals. He/she actively resolves all issues arising in the regional pharmacies, ensures the smooth operation of the pharmacies and helps implement our mission - TO BE A PARTNER FOR A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily pharmacy operations in the assigned region:
you will be a leader, ensuring measures and processes for high-quality and professional patient/customer service, quick solutions in unforeseen cases.
  • Ensuring pharmacy performance:
you will ensure that not only the number of personnel is ensured in each pharmacy, but also the continuity of customer service and sales - your decisions and initiatives will directly affect the pharmacy's results.
  • Employee development and support:
you will take care of the competence, involvement, and motivation of pharmacy employees.
  • Implementation of company policies, tools, and projects in the region, ensuring that they meet both the strategy and the local market and pharmacy employee needs.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience working in a retail chain.
  • Understanding how a team operating in different locations is organized.
  • Ability to react quickly, find solutions and be one step ahead.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, independence and organization.
  • Higher university education (in the field of pharmacy would be an advantage).
  • Active driving experience (category B).
