Description:
Join the EUROKOS team and contribute to one of the largest beauty retail chains in Lithuania. We are looking for a leader who will ensure the effective operation of regional stores, strengthen team results and contribute to business growth.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned EUROKOS store region and ensure the implementation of operational goals.
- Organize, coordinate and supervise daily store operations, ensuring high customer service standards.
- Manage store managers, develop their competencies, motivate teams and strengthen leadership culture.
- Plan employee needs, participate in the selection of store employees and ensure successful integration of new employees.
- Analyze sales results, performance indicators (KPIs), initiate actions to increase operational efficiency and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company operating standards, internal procedures and processes in all regional stores.
- Cooperate with central company departments to ensure smooth implementation of operational processes.
- Contribute to the opening of new stores, operational changes and the implementation of other regional projects.
What to expect:
- Experience in managing a chain of multiple stores or working as a regional manager, operations manager or similar position.
- Strong leadership, team building and employee motivation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance and make decisions based on data.
- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in retail (experience in the cosmetics, beauty or FMCG sector would be an advantage).
- Category B driving license, which will be required to regularly travel to regional stores.
- Knowledge of English (would be an advantage).
