BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
ensuring effective operations and sales processes of assigned stores/departments;
forming a regional team, training and motivating employees, coordinating activities and organizing work;
implementing sales plans, analyzing performance indicators and ensuring profitable operations;
regular visits to assigned departments, solving operational problems and ensuring high quality customer service;
implementing the business strategy, developing the sales concept and strengthening the image of the departments;
monitoring the market and competitive environment, providing and implementing performance improvement initiatives;
smooth cooperation with the company's management and other departments to achieve common business goals.

WE HOPE YOU:
you have at least 5 years of managerial experience in sales, commerce, regional or department management;
you have a higher education;
you have strong leadership, team management and motivation skills and a focus on results;
you are able to think strategically, make independent decisions and solve problems effectively;
you have successful experience in business development and improving performance;
you are good at using a computer;
you have a category B driver's license.
