Our client is a stable, long-standing engineering company specializing in the fields of automation, low-voltage and electrical engineering. With many years of experience and a professional team of specialists, the company offers complex solutions and successfully operates throughout Lithuania.

Currently, the company is inviting a Regional Manager (Šiauliai and Klaipėda) to join the team in Šiauliai, who would ensure the smooth operation of the regional unit, team management and contribute to further business development in the region.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU IN THIS POSITION:

  • Project management (with special attention to the stages of proposal preparation and technical part), work coordination and control.
  • Management of the budget of ongoing projects, implementation deadlines, quality of work performed and required resources.
  • Planning the activities of the regional department team, resolving emerging issues and ensuring smooth work.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and actively searching for new customers.
  • Continuous communication with customers, searching and selecting local subcontractors, managing the timely supply of equipment and materials.
  • Coordination of technical solutions, documentation analysis and team consulting.
  • Coordination of work safety requirements at facilities.

SUCCESSFUL WORK REQUIRES:

  • Engineering or technical education (in electrical engineering, automation or other technical fields, we are also open to construction engineering specialists).
  • Experience in project management or engineering activities (an advantage - in the fields of electrical engineering, automation).
  • Good skills in reading technical documentation and drawings, compiling engineering estimates and practical understanding of processes.
  • Ability to communicate constructively, solve problems quickly, make decisions independently and take responsibility.
  • Ability to lead a team, plan and coordinate the activities of subordinate employees.
  • Good English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Qualification certificate (would be an advantage).

Salary

From 4100 €/mon. gross
