Main responsibilities:
- You will manage a chain of stores in Finland, Latvia and Estonia - from opening new stores to achieving team results.
- You will lead store teams: employee selection, competency development, work organization, motivation and employee demand planning.
- You will coordinate assortment, promotions and e-commerce projects with franchisors - you will monitor product changes, new product launches and pricing, as well as perform competitor and market analysis.
- You will cooperate with the marketing team in planning and implementing advertising campaigns (SKU selection, sales forecasting, documentation).
- You will analyze sales, inventory levels and campaign results; prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and franchise partners.
- Ensure receipt of necessary licenses and product documentation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You will actively cooperate with other departments of the company.
What to expect:
- Experience in regional/store management, project coordination.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work confidently with data and reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in retail, cosmetics/beauty or franchise business is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
