Regional Manager (Vilnius region)

Selection of store managers and employees, effective training and team building and motivation
Analysis and optimization of store operational processes
Planning and evaluation of annual and monthly sales performance indicators, resources for the region
Ensuring financial results of the assigned region
Implementation of store concepts and ensuring company quality standards, customer service principles
Direct involvement, if necessary, ensuring store results and a positive customer shopping experience

At least 2 years of work experience (of which 1 year is management experience)
Leadership skills, self-confidence, passion for sales
Excellent communication skills
Mobility and ability to work in Vilnius and Aukštaitija regions
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly
Good knowledge of English and/or German
Category B driver's license
