- Developing, inspiring and leading the team of store managers;
- Implementing and maintaining the highest standards of customer service;
- Effective collaboration with marketing, HR and operations teams;
- Identifying business development opportunities and evaluating new locations;
- Analyzing operations and implementing strategic decisions.
