Nature of work
Organize and coordinate the activities of assigned clinics in the Kaunas region, ensuring smooth operation and quality of services;
Contribute to the implementation of the company's development and sales strategy, achieving set performance and budget goals;
Analyze performance results, initiate changes and solutions to ensure efficiency and growth;
Ensure effective communication and personnel planning, in cooperation with the personnel department and resolve daily medical and organizational issues.

Employee requirements
Goal-oriented, strategic and analytical thinking, ability to act independently and initiate decisions;
Higher university education;
At least 3 years of management experience (in the healthcare sector - an advantage);
Computer skills;
Good knowledge of English;
Category B driver's license and own car (preferred).
