If:
- You have 5 years of successful work experience in the field of management in administering work at facilities,
- you are determined to lead the Vilmius city region,
- you work well with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) computer programs,
- you are attentive to details, demanding of yourself and others,
- you know how to independently plan your time and set priorities,
- you communicate boldly, are not afraid of challenges,
- you are a team player, able to effectively cooperate with colleagues,
- you know Russian (an advantage).
We are currently lacking a specialist who would:
- Administer facilities and organize the work of security personnel working at facilities,
- resolve emerging problems at protected facilities,
- promptly organize team work: resource planning, scheduling and ensuring smooth continuity of processes in unforeseen situations,
- effectively cooperate with the personnel team: final assessment of selected candidates and team formation,
- actively participate in ensuring a smooth opening process of new facilities,
- perform other tasks assigned to facility administration processes,
- assist managers in resolving issues of facility administration and improving the quality of work in them.

A young and ambitious company founded in 2015, rapidly expanding and ensuring reliable protection of clients' assets. The company's goal is to provide clients with high-quality physical security services while reducing losses and maintaining order in protected facilities. UAB "Argentavis" responsibly looks at customer comments regarding the quality of services provided and promptly resolves them if they arise. In order to meet customer expectations, we also offer complex security services - we prepare proposals for the installation of security and alarm systems, and territory monitoring. The company has signed an agreement for the call of the emergency response service, so if necessary, we will respond promptly and the crew will arrive at the required facility on time.
In cooperation with partners in Lithuania, we protect about 100 different facilities and are constantly expanding. In total, the company employs over 300 employees. We are currently looking for a new team member in Vilnius for the position of Regional Manager.
