Nature of work
Develop the company's activities in the region, search for new market opportunities, partners and customers
Implement the company's development strategy in a specific country or region.
Analyze the market, competitors, pricing and consumer behavior.
Organize and coordinate a team of employees for projects.
Evaluate project estimates, visit objects before signing the contract, identify risks.
Ensure employee safety, familiarize with the specifics of the work and personal protective equipment.
Maintain contact with the company, submit reports, represent the interests of the region.
Maintain a project table and analyze the status of debts.

What do we expect from you:
Higher education (preferably engineering)
Experience in project management and team coordination
Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility
Analytical skills and market knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsible approach to occupational safety, documentation and compliance with legal acts
Knowledge of English or German
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
