Job description:
- Develop and implement goals and plans set for the region.
- Analyze the results of the region's activities.
- Form, develop and motivate the team.
- Organize and coordinate the work of the regional team, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain high standards of services provided.
- Create employee work schedules.
Requirements:
- Successful management experience, preferably in sales or customer service (experience in retail companies is an advantage).
- Analytical thinking and ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and team motivation skills.
- Ability to work with KPI indicators, analyze results.
- Driver's license (business trips to optical salons in the region are expected).
