We are looking for a strong and practical regional manager who is able to lead not only restaurants, but primarily restaurant managers.
In this position, you will be responsible for the performance of several restaurants, the development of managers, ensuring uniform performance standards and consistent improvement of performance. You will spend most of your working time in restaurants, so we are looking for someone who is close to an active leadership style, working in a real environment and direct contact with teams.
This is a position for someone who not only notices a problem, but also helps the manager find a solution, monitors its implementation and measures the result.

Primary responsibilities
- Manage assigned restaurant managers, develop their competencies and strengthen their independence.
- Regularly visit restaurants in Vilnius and Kaunas, evaluate their activities and ensure compliance with uniform operating standards.
- Analyze key restaurant performance and financial indicators: sales, labor costs, COGS, average check, customer reviews, etc.
- Identify operational deviations, their causes, and together with restaurant managers, plan and implement improvement actions.
- Provide managers with practical feedback, help solve recurring problems and monitor the implementation of agreed actions.
- Participate in forming team needs, planning FTE and selecting restaurant managers.
- Ensure smooth practical introduction of new restaurant managers and their readiness to independently manage the restaurant.
- Cooperate with the central team, timely escalate key risks and provide operational insights and recommendations.
What do we expect from you?
- Have at least 3 years of management experience in restaurants, retail, services or a similar field.
- Have managed managers or several departments and understand the specifics of managing several departments.
- Have a good understanding of daily restaurant operations and are able to quickly assess the situation in a real work environment.
- Have experience working with KPIs, performance indicators and results analysis, are able to translate numbers into specific actions.
- Are strong in developing people, able to give clear and constructive feedback and raise performance standards.
- Are independent, organized, able to make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Are ready to spend most of their working time in different departments in Vilnius and Kaunas.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Have a good command of Lithuanian; knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage.
