What you will be responsible for
- Daily supervision and control of the activities of assigned departments;
- Smooth planning and organization of work schedules;
- Implementation and control of sales growth initiatives in assigned departments;
- Effective organization of the activities of assigned departments and ensuring results;
- Development of employee competencies and strengthening the team;
- Ensuring high quality customer service and coordination of processes.
What do we expect from you
- Have a higher education
- It is very important for us that you are a sociable and positive person
- You are open to innovations, easily accept changes
- One of the most important personal qualities is organization, demandingness (not only to others but also to yourself)
- Be distinguished by leadership qualities, able to organize work and delegate tasks;
- Strong time planning skills;
- Have experience in the restaurant/bar industry (in management positions);
- Have excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both verbally and in writing;
- You are an "idea generator";
- Have a driver's license (category B) and your own car - mandatory.
