REGIONAL HEADS (- O )

We are looking for an experienced and strong regional manager who would be responsible for the smooth operation of the “ALI šokoladinė” cafes, the team of department managers, maintaining high quality standards and implementing the set performance goals.

Each of our cafes is managed by a department manager, so the most important thing in this position is to be able to lead managers, develop them, control the result and see the team’s needs ahead.

Management of cafe department managers, coordination, training and control of their work;
Ensuring smooth operation of departments and uniform company standards;

High quality control of products, service and general cafe quality;

Monitoring the implementation of set KPIs and performance goals, analyzing results and coordinating actions;

Regular visits to departments, assessing the situation and providing feedback to managers;

Determining the need for employee training, organizing training and controlling its results;

Formation of strong and stable teams together with department managers;

Planning personnel needs in advance - assessing the size of the team, competencies and future employee needs;

Assessing employee potential and predicting career projections - identifying and developing future managers and other strong team members;

Participation in developing and implementing an employee motivation system, monitoring its operation and results;

Control of personnel costs, labor productivity and other indicators related to the activities of the departments;

Close cooperation with the company's management and other departments.

At least 3 years of management experience;

Experience in leading managers, several departments or larger teams of employees;

Experience in the HoReCa, retail or service sector is a great advantage;

Ability to work with established KPIs, analyze results and ensure their implementation;

Practical experience in developing employees and managers, organizing training and forming strong teams;

Experience in working with employee motivational systems, experience in creating or implementing them is a great advantage;

Ability to plan personnel needs;

Strong organizational and leadership skills;

Ability to maintain a balance between positive leadership and demanding control of results and standards;
