Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible, proactive and result-oriented regional manager who would ensure the smooth operation of veterinary pharmacies and pet stores in Klaipėda and Klaipėda county.

- Coordination and supervision of the activities of veterinary pharmacies and pet stores;
- Team formation: employee selection, adaptation, training and activity control;
- Planning and administration of work schedules;
- Organization of inventories and control of execution;
- Analysis of sales results, monitoring of performance indicators and initiatives for their improvement;
- Coordination of opening or reconstruction of new departments;
- Ensuring high-quality customer service standards.
We hope you
- You have at least 2 years of managerial experience in retail, services or veterinary sectors;
- You are able to plan, organize and effectively manage several processes simultaneously;
- You are result-oriented and able to make independent decisions;
- You have excellent communication and team management skills;
- You are good at working with computers and are familiar with accounting programs (Rivile is an advantage);
- You have a category B driver's license and are ready to regularly travel to regional departments.
