Your responsibilities with us:
🌲Registration and deregistration of sanatorium clients in the hotel reservation system and scheduling procedures in the procedure management system;
🌲Entering reservation data into the hotel reservation system;
🌲Working with the cash register;
🌲Close cooperation with other departments;
🌲Ensuring a pleasant customer experience by providing information about the sanatorium and procedures, and other issues that arise.

Our requirements for you:
🌲 Higher or higher education;
🌲 Good Russian and/or English language skills (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage);
🌲 Good working skills in MS Office;
🌲 Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving skills, emotional control, stress resistance;
🌲 The smile that never disappears from the face and the desire to help people.
