We offer a fixed-term 1-year employment contract with the possibility of extension.
In this team, you:
- You will consult and register patients for the services provided live, by phone, by e-mail;
- You will plan patient visits and administer the necessary documents;
- You will work with the cash register and health insurance systems;
- You will enter information into the computer system;
- You will contribute to the smooth operation of the medical center and ensure high-quality customer service by solving emerging challenges.

You will need the following skills:
- Higher or higher education (medical field would be an advantage);
- Experience in customer service and sales;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and/or Russian;
- Good computer literacy skills and the ability to quickly adapt and learn new programs;
- Empathy and the ability to accurately hear customer needs are your strengths;
- Diligence and attention to detail.
