Nature of work

  • register clients and administer reservations: form, adjust and manage room orders in the reservation system;
  • advise clients by phone about rehabilitation and commercial services: provide pleasant and detailed information, clarify needs, offer solutions, call clients back in accordance with the conversation standard;
  • check and administer gift vouchers and online reservation data in advance: ensure compliance with order data, make adjustments and additions;
  • provide information to arriving clients at the reception: provide all necessary information in a pleasant, detailed and informative manner;
  • record payments, issue receipts, fill out cash documents. At the end of the day, prepare and submit the necessary documents and reports to the accounting department;
  • administer e-mail: examine inquiries, prepare responses, clarify information in writing;
  • familiarize clients/patients with the sanatorium's internal rules, arrival and departure procedures.

Requirements for the candidate

  • have at least a higher non-university education;
  • at least one year of work experience in customer service or administration, an advantage - work at the reception of a sanatorium / hotel;
  • know at least one foreign language;
  • be able to work on a computer and use information systems: reservation, "MS Word", "MS Excel", e-mail;
  • be able to clearly express thoughts both orally and in writing;
  • be able to responsibly and on time perform assigned tasks, ensuring their quality.

  • salary from 1500 Eur/month. excluding taxes, bonuses depending on the reservations made;
