Nature of work
- answering calls, advising patients about the services provided, doctor consultations;
- registering patients for the services provided, doctor consultations;
- scheduling consultations of specialist doctors and communicating with patients;
- assisting doctors during consultations;
- filling out necessary medical documents;
- advising patients about manufactured orthopedic devices (e.g. braces, insoles), registering with orthopedic technologists, administering production orders;
- prompt and accurate work with programs used in the company's activities (e-health, IPR, Sveidra, EVIS, insurance company programs);
- working at the cash register;
- working hours Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Employee requirements
- correct Lithuanian language, good knowledge of Russian and English;
- ability to work with a computer;
- ability to perform several tasks at the same time, to make decisions;
- management of stressful situations, ability not to get lost;
- excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, helpfulness;
- excellent time planning and organization skills;
- responsibility, diligence, punctuality, patience and energy.
