We are looking for a responsible, empathetic and organized person who will help ensure that every patient feels in good hands - from the first call to the visit to the clinic.

Professional and pleasant patient service in person, by phone and by e-mail;
- Registering patients for doctor consultations, examinations and procedures;
- Providing information about medical services provided in the clinic;
- Working with the cash register and clinic information systems;
- Collaborating with doctors and other clinic employees;
- Resolving everyday patient questions and situations.
We hope you have
- At least 1 year of work experience in a medical institution reception or in the field of patient service;
- Higher education;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proper knowledge of Lithuanian and good English skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
