Receptionist 0.5/0.75/1 full-time position

You will kindly welcome, check-in and check-out hotel guests;
You will accept, confirm and administer reservations;
You will accept payments for services provided;
You will communicate with guests live, by phone and by email;
You will cooperate with other hotel departments, ensuring smooth guest service;
You will work with the hotel management system "Opera" and other programs;
You will present the benefits of the "Marriott Bonvoy" loyalty program to guests.

✔ You are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
✔ You have work experience in a hotel reception or administration area (an advantage, but not necessary);
✔ You are responsible, organized and make decisions quickly;
✔ You work well with a computer;
✔ You like to communicate and work in a team;
✔ You want to learn, improve and create an exceptional guest experience.

📆 Work on a rolling schedule;
🕒 Shift duration – up to 12 hours (including 1 hour for lunch break);
🌞 Day shift: 7:00–19:00;
🌙 Night shift: 19:00–7:00;
⏰ There may be shifts at other working hours.
