Receptionist "AC Marriott Vilnius"

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to contribute to our impeccable guest service and help shape our front desk and guest service culture

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
Perform guest check-in and check-out, accept payments for services provided, prepare and issue invoices.
Ensure that all service standards meet Marriott brand requirements.
Promptly resolve guest questions and issues to ensure a positive experience during each visit.
Work with reservation and payment systems.

Working hours:

Rotating schedule. Shift length 12 hours, of which 1 hour is a break.
Working hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Night hours are paid at 1.5 times the normal rate

LITHUANIAN LANGUAGE REQUIRED

Experience in a hotel reception or similar position (advantage)
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong communication, ability to motivate a team and work in a dynamic environment.
Orientation to guest needs and service quality.

From 8.50 €/hour gross
