Primary responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception and bar.
Check-in and check-out guests, accept payments for services rendered, prepare and issue invoices.
Ensure that all service standards meet the requirements of the Marriott brand.
Promptly resolve guest questions and issues to ensure a positive experience for each guest.
Work with reservation and payment systems.
Work on a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts.
