The company is currently inviting a senior analyst of the regulatory environment to join the team!

NATURE OF WORK:

  • In this position, you will be responsible for the analysis of economic regulation and its application in the Company's activities. You will work with pricing, tariffs, regulated returns, investment assessments, and contribute to decisions that have a direct impact on the Company's financial results and long-term strategy;
  • You will analyze the economic and regulatory environment relevant to the Company's activities, its changes and the impact on pricing, tariffs, investment returns and operational efficiency;
  • You will prepare and submit proposals for adjusting pricing, investment and operational models, taking into account the current regulation;
  • You will assess the economic feasibility of the Company's projects and activities in the regulated environment, identify regulatory and pricing risks;
  • I will participate in the preparation and coordination of draft amendments to regulations, methodologies and legal acts that represent the interests of the Company;
  • You will perform economic analyses, prepare calculations, assessments and conclusions, and present them to management and stakeholders;
  • I consulted with the Company's divisions on pricing, regulatory and economic valuation issues, working closely with project, finance and strategy teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Knowledge of the principles of legal regulation and/or economic regulation of the energy sector (district heating would be an advantage);
  • At least 2 years of work experience in economic and/or legal regulation issues;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in infrastructure sectors (energy, water management);
  • Analytical skills and project management experience;
  • Leadership, proactivity, independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles would be an advantage.

Salary

3100-4000 €/mon. gross
An annual variable part of the remuneration may be paid depending on the results achieved.
