Global Snus is a Lithuanian manufacturer of nicotine caffeine pads, supplying products to the EU, UK and US markets. The product portfolio is expanding, so we are looking for someone to take over the documentation of all the company's products and work directly with the Product Director.

Your responsibilities
Prepare and update SDS (safety data sheets) according to REACH and CLP requirements;
Prepare product composition declarations, documents of conformity and other regulatory documentation for foreign customers and institutions;
Monitor changes in EU and US regulatory requirements and assess their impact on our products;
Create and update SOPs, work instructions and other quality documentation;
Manage product, raw material, recipe and specification data in the production management system;
Collect and verify SDS, CoA, DoC and specification documents provided by suppliers.

We expect from you
Higher education in chemistry, chemical technology, food technology, pharmacy or similar field;
Experience with SDS, chemical mixtures or product/quality documentation;
Good knowledge of English, especially in writing;
Diligence, analytical thinking and ability to work independently;
Ability to systematize information and notice discrepancies;
Good MS Excel and Word skills.

Salary from 1,500 to 1,800 EUR per month in cash (net) depending on results.
