What tasks will your working day consist of?
Your responsibilities:
- Advertising project planning (in Excel and PPT format) and supervision;
- Monitoring, correcting, and preparing reports for advertising campaigns;
- Preparing, monitoring, and reviewing content projects;
- Smooth communication with colleagues when preparing the materials needed for the project;
- Collecting data from platforms such as Adform, Cxense, Google Analytics, Gemius, Kantar media, etc.;
- Consulting colleagues on advertising efficiency and planning issues;
- Updating advertising offers according to client needs or the latest data;
- Working with the project management system (ClickUp);
- Ensuring the successful preparation of advertising positions and the display of planned quantities.
What you need for a successful job:
- Count accurately and responsibly;
- Be able to deal with large amounts of information and requests;
- Attention and attentiveness;
- To write correctly;
- Plan your time well and prioritize;
- Know Excel and Power Point;
- EN languages.
