Assistant to the Advertising Project Manager

Job Description
Assisting the project manager in coordinating daily projects.
Communication with clients, suppliers and partners in Lithuania and abroad.
Order administration from receipt to final execution.
Coordination of production, logistics and installation works.
Deadline control and monitoring of project progress.
Document preparation (CMR, shipping documents, order summaries, reports, etc.).
Working with MS office and project management systems.
Information coordination between production, design, logistics and clients.
Operational problem solving and finding solutions.
Other administrative and organizational tasks.

What do we expect from you?
At least 3 years of work experience in project coordination, administration or a similar field.
Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Word).
Good knowledge of English (B2–C1) in writing and speaking.
Ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
Responsibility, diligence and organization.
Quick orientation and logical thinking.
Ability to independently plan work and set priorities.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Advantages
Knowledge of advertising production, printing, POS, signage or visual advertising.
Experience working with international projects.
Experience in logistics or production coordination.
Category B driver's license.
