DPS Advertising is currently recruiting an Assistant Advertising Project Manager to join its team, who will contribute to the smooth implementation of advertising projects.

DPS Advertising is currently recruiting an Assistant Advertising Project Manager to join its team, who will contribute to the smooth implementation of advertising projects.
What will you do in this position?
- You will be an important part of the project team and help the project manager smoothly coordinate daily projects;
- You will communicate with clients, suppliers and partners in Lithuania and abroad;
- You will coordinate production, logistics and installation processes, ensuring smooth cooperation between internal teams and clients;
- You will monitor the progress of projects, control deadlines and contribute to the timely implementation of work;
- You will prepare and administer project documentation (CMR, shipping documents, reports, order summaries, etc.);
- You will work with MS Office programs and project management systems;
- You will promptly solve challenges and look for the best solutions to ensure the success of projects.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration or a similar field;
- Good working skills with MS Excel, Outlook and Word;
- Good knowledge of English (B2-C1) in oral and written form;
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative and strong communication skills;
- Ability to effectively cooperate with clients, partners and colleagues;
- We will consider experience in working with international projects, logistics or production coordination, advertising production, printing, POS or visual advertising, as well as a category B driver's license as an advantage.
