Solmoryn Limited is expanding its team and is looking for a recruiter who speaks Lithuanian to work with candidates in the Lithuanian market.

Your main tasks:
If you enjoy communicating with people, easily find a common language with different candidates and want to improve in the field of personnel selection - we invite you to join our team.
Your main tasks:
- Search and attract candidates who speak Lithuanian using different search channels.
- Publish and update job advertisements on job search portals and social networks.
- Communicate with candidates and present them with job offers.
- Conduct initial remote interviews and assess the candidates' compliance with the position requirements.
- Accompany candidates at all stages of the selection process.
- Manage information about candidates in the internal system.
- Cooperate with the HR team and transfer suitable candidates to other stages of selection.
Employee requirements
What we expect from you:
- Lithuanian language proficiency at B2–C2 level.
- At least minimal experience in the field of personnel selection/recruitment.
- Free and confident communication.
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
- Independence and ability to effectively plan your working time.
- Ability to work with a flow of candidates.

- Salary: 400–700 USD, depending on experience and work results.
