What you will need to do:
Work with job posting portals, social networks, thematic groups and other candidate search channels;
Work with incoming candidate feedback;
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews in Lithuanian;
Communicate with candidates, present the job offer and answer their questions;
Accompany candidates throughout the entire selection process - from the first contact to the start of work.

Employee requirements
What we are looking for:
Lithuanian language — B2+ level;
You have experience in recruitment or sourcing and understand the main stages of selection;
You are able to work independently and organize your working day without constant supervision;
You are focused on a specific result and are ready to take responsibility for your performance indicators;
You adapt quickly when priorities change or when you need to try a new candidate search channel.
