Repair Department Foreman

Organize the work of the assigned shift, assign, control and accept work from subordinate employees;
Ensure compliance with quality standards for the repair and maintenance of managed vehicles;
Ensure the implementation of the repair plan, make corrections according to received repair requests, organize the performance of state technical inspections (VTA);
Ensure compliance of the activities carried out with the established internal legal acts of the Company;
Assign spare parts and materials necessary for the repair of vehicles;
Record and submit daily activity indicators, present them to teams, and ensure effective and uninterrupted communication between functions;
Ensure and control the implementation of work, environmental, and fire safety requirements (including PPE).

You have a higher or technical education;
You have at least two years of work experience in the field of transport repair;
You are able to communicate in English or German at A2 level;
You have a category B driver's license;
You have good skills in working with MS Office programs;
You have knowledge of clerical work and primary accounting of production activities.

Responsible and important position in one of the largest Lithuanian companies;
Work on a rotating schedule, 12-hour work shift (7:00-19:00; 19:00-7:00).
1806 Eur. - 3000 Eur. fixed remuneration (excluding taxes);
