Head of Repair Department (fixed-term employment contract)

Manage the activities of the vehicle technical service and repair department;
Delegate and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring effective task performance;
Control the optimal use of materials, parts and other material resources;
Develop and implement a vehicle technical maintenance strategy;
Digitize technical maintenance and vehicle fleet administration processes;
Contribute to the renewal of the vehicle fleet by providing proposals and implementing changes;
Ensure the operation of technically sound vehicles and their readiness for work;
Analyze performance results, prepare reports and provide proposals to increase operational efficiency;
Implement solutions based on the LEAN methodology, improving process efficiency;
Ensure compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection requirements;
Ensure continuous planning of the need for the necessary resources and their timely provision

You have a higher education in technological sciences (transport field is an advantage);
You have acquired at least 5 years of work experience in the field of transport repair and at least 3 years of managerial experience;
You are excellent at working with a computer and know how to use Microsoft Office programs;
You have a category B driver's license;
You have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English at least at the A2 level;
You are able to analyze performance results, solve problems and make decisions.
