Main responsibilities and objectives
- organize and coordinate technical maintenance and repair of production equipment, energy systems and infrastructure;
- ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment and promptly resolve technical failures;
- plan and control preventive maintenance and repair work;
- lead the energy and mechanical department team, organize work and ensure the quality of work;
- prepare and administer technical documentation, maintenance schedules and reports;
- organize the purchase of spare parts, equipment and services and control their use;
- initiate operational efficiency and cost optimization solutions;
- ensure compliance with employee safety, environmental protection and other legal requirements.
For successful work you will need
- higher technical education in mechanics, electricity, energy, engineering or a similar field;
- at least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company in the field of technical maintenance, repair or energy;
- experience in management, which would be an advantage;
- good work planning, organization and problem-solving skills;
- ability to make independent decisions and effectively lead a team;
- good computer skills;
- knowledge of English, which would be an advantage;
- responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
