Nature of work
- Lead a 10-person repair and maintenance service team: plan daily work, distribute tasks, control their performance and quality.
- Create work and on-call schedules for employees, manage working time accounting.
- Ensure proper operation of sanatorium buildings, premises, treatment rooms, swimming pool, mineral water well equipment and engineering systems.
- Organize maintenance, preventive inspections, troubleshooting and repair work.
- Plan current and major repair needs, prepare estimates and control the progress of work.
- Coordinate the work of external contractors, supervise the implementation of contracts, assess the quality of work and prepare related documents.
- Organize the acquisition of materials, tools, equipment and household goods, prepare technical specifications for public procurement, manage material consumption and write-off documents.
- Analyze electricity, heat and water costs, submit proposals for more efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the maintenance and management of the sanatorium territory and the operation of official vehicles.
- Ensure that the team complies with employee safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
We hope you:
- You have a higher technical education and at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- You are familiar with the operation, maintenance and repair organization of buildings, equipment and engineering systems.
- You are able to plan team work, set priorities and promptly solve technical problems.
- You have knowledge of preparing estimates, quality control of work and managing technical documentation.
- You are familiar with the requirements for occupational safety and health, fire safety, electrical safety and environmental protection.
- You work with MS Office programs and have a category B driver's license.
- You are responsible, independent, proactive and able to cooperate constructively with colleagues and contractors.
