Nature of work
Your main responsibilities:
Repair organization: Coordination of railway wagon repair processes in the Central Asian region.
Depot management: Selection of the optimal repair depot taking into account the location of the wagon, price and quality of repair.
Negotiations: Actively negotiating with repair companies for the best prices and, most importantly, deadlines for work.
Process control: Strictly monitoring repair deadlines and monitoring progress.
Maintenance: Searching for spare parts, organizing their supply and ensuring that repairs are carried out in accordance with the established regulations.
Administration: Entering data into the CRM system, checking estimates, performing calculations and preparing reports.

Master the art of negotiation: You are a strong negotiator, able to defend the company's interests with arguments and achieve the desired result (both in terms of price and time).
You speak Russian fluently: It is the main working language when communicating with partners in Central Asia (verbally and in writing).
You are analytical: You are able to quickly calculate, evaluate estimates and make financially beneficial decisions.
You are organized and attentive: You notice details, do not forget anything and know how to manage a large flow of information.
You have "Logistical thinking": You understand that a wagon's downtime costs money, so you do everything promptly.
Tech skills: You work well with a computer, quickly understand new programs (CRM, Excel).
Responsiveness: Even if you do not have an engineering education, you have a desire to quickly learn technical regulations for wagon repairs.
Advantages:
Experience in logistics, transport management or technical supply.
Knowledge of the specifics of railway transport.
