Job description
KLS STAFF is hiring Remote Customer Support Representatives for a UK-based multinational in the delivery industry.
No previous customer-service experience is required. We provide approximately 15 hours of fully paid onboarding to introduce you to our systems and client workflows before you begin.
Responsibilities:
The role is fully remote within European time zones. Flexible schedules are available from a minimum of 3 hours per day, with full-time hours of up to 8 hours per day supported. You will work under a direct employment contract with KLS STAFF.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries by email, live chat and phone.
- Record and update customer interaction logs in Lime Go CRM.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls using Telavox.
- Assist customers with parcel tracking, delivery updates and general enquiries.

Requirements
- Advanced fluency (C1/C2) in English or German, spoken and written. Native level is not required, but clear speech and good grammar are essential.
- Willingness to complete the approximately 15-hour paid onboarding programme and learn Lime Go and Telavox.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet space for taking calls.
