Event Services Manager

One of the leading event catering and service companies in Vilnius, Taurakalnis, is inviting an event service manager to join the team.
We are looking for a responsible, organized and sociable person who will coordinate events of various scales - from private celebrations to large business, state and mass events.
You will lead teams of waiters, communicate with clients and organizers, coordinate preparations and ensure that service and food presentation are carried out smoothly, on time and aesthetically. This job will suit someone who remains calm in the most intense moments, notices details, is not afraid of responsibility and is able to turn chaos into a clear plan.

Main responsibilities:
Coordinate catering and service for events of various formats.
Lead teams of waiters, distribute tasks and plan working hours.
Supervise the preparation, progress and organization of the event.
Communicate with clients, organizers and company teams.
Ensure high standards of service and food presentation.
Resolve non-standard situations quickly and calmly.

Experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants or events.
Organizational and team leadership skills.
Responsibility, independence and attention to detail.
Professional communication and customer orientation.
Ability to set priorities and work calmly in an intensive environment.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English.
Driver's license.
Flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends.
You will work with two other event managers, so teamwork, open communication and fair division of labor are important to us.
