Nature of work:
- Coordination of venue rental for events: preparation of space rental offers, negotiations with new clients, preparation and administration of venue rental agreements.
- Organization of conferences and events: clarification of client needs and provision of the most suitable solutions ensuring smooth preparation for events, ensuring smooth implementation of events and managing their technical and creative aspects, in cooperation with suppliers and partners in the "Science Island" spaces;
- Maintenance and development of relationships with partners: active communication with local and international partners, attracting potential clients and building long-term relationships.
- Close cooperation with the "Science Island" team, coordination and implementation of technical and organizational solutions, ensuring smooth preparation and progress of events.
We hope you:
- You have practical work experience in event coordination and implementation.
- You have a higher education in business management, marketing or communication.
- You have excellent negotiation skills.
- You are result-oriented, able to plan and manage time.
- You have excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
- You are able to work both independently and in a team.
- You are proactive, initiative and able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
