Nature of work
To organize events, anniversaries, festivals, conferences of private clients and companies, offering the customers performers, sound engineers, decorators, Harmony Park accommodation, catering, leisure, etc. services;
Finding out the customer's needs, making estimates according to the needs and the expected budget;
Plan and organize commemorations of public holidays, memorable dates, calendar holidays, entertainment and other events;
Cooperation with existing and future clients, working with team members, solving problems;
Prepare event plans, analyses, holiday programs, scenarios and implement and supervise them;
Generate ideas, prepare proposals, prepare event estimates;
Manage documentation related to the organization of events (contracts, accounts, acts, etc.);
Active search for customers and communication with them;
Working with the hotel management system Protel.
