I am very happy to announce a new search – event organizers/creatives. Sendvaris Manor is already opening – we will officially launch it on September 17th. And to make that life come alive – we are looking for the right person.
What will your working day look like?
The main priority is to revitalize the cultural life of Klaipėda and bring such events that would not only unite communities, but also make other cities raise their eyebrows.
We want a society that does not sleep, continuous events, unseen ideas, new ideas. A developer is a person who is completely driven by ideas, so there will be no brakes on good, original, innovative thoughts. We will give a lot of freedom, we will not micromanage. The most important thing is no banality!

What kind of specialist are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is looking for meaning in their work. I think they can get it while working at Sendvaris Manor. I do not propose a hybrid work model, I am sure that in order to be successful in this work, you must be, live and breathe the same air and atmosphere as the community.
Our only requirement is to have similar experience in event organization, project management, coordination, because we want to start strong and professionally.

Sendvaris is the oldest manor in the Klaipėda area. Its origins date back to 1376. The inventory of Klaipėda Castle mentions a cattle yard – Viehhof, where animals were kept for the castle crew. The following German names for Sendvaris are found in old documents: Althof, Ritergutt Althof. Translated from German, this would mean an old manor or Noble Sendvaris.
