Nature of work
Organization of various types of events (conferences, entertainment, advertising, cultural, etc.):
Working from an office in Šiaurės Miestelis, Vilnius.
- Analysis of client needs
- Creation of event ideas
- Preparation of presentations and budgets, presentation to the client
- Project budget management
- Comprehensive project implementation
- Communication with event partners and clients

Employee requirements
- At least two/three years of similar work experience
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English: written and oral
- Ability to systematically and clearly present information in writing and orally
- Stress management, personal stress management in stressful situations
- Ability to respond flexibly and quickly to project changes
- Category B driver's license
- Empathy, ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
